The Operational Real Estate team at Gerald Eve has been named as Education Property consultant of the year at the Education Investor Awards 2023.
The awards hosted at the Royal Lancaster Hotel on 14 June brought together hundreds of leading education specialists from across the country.
The award recognises the education team at Gerald Eve as market leaders in their field. They provide excellent property advice to the leading investors and operators of nurseries, independent schools, special education needs schools as well as further education colleges and universities. The team were involved in the most significant school transactions last year and value well over 100 education institutions each year, showcasing their expertise in operational real estate.
