The Challenge

Logistics provider Europa Worldwide was consolidating its operations in Belvedere, south east London into a single, standalone facility. Ongoing access to central London, the motorway network and cross-channel ports was a key consideration, alongside Europa’s long-term links to the area.

The Solution

Working with Europa, we established a range of possible solutions, before opting for a new design-and-build facility. We created a design specification brief, and identified a number of potential sites across south east London. Following approaches to developers and careful evaluation of offers, a Prologis site at Littlebrook was selected as the new location for Europa’s operations.

The Results

Europa is now operating from a market-leading facility, with bespoke fit-out elements that were made possible by our team’s forward-thinking and comprehensive brief. By working with us, Europa capitalised on our industrial expertise, identifying the best solution and leveraging our relationships with developers to secure a best-in-class distribution centre.
