MIDLANDS TEAM BOOST WITH SAM SKINNER APPOINTMENT

Full-service property consultancy Gerald Eve has strengthened its Midlands development advisory capabilities with the appointment of Sam Skinner MRICS as a partner.

Based at the firm’s Birmingham office, Sam will advise clients on a range of strategic development issues, focusing on greenfield-led schemes for both residential and employment uses, together with planning policy and financial viability. He joins from Fisher German, where he was an associate director, and has a decade’s experience within the Midlands property market.

Sam’s arrival comes at a time of expansion for Gerald Eve’s Birmingham office, with the firm widening and deepening its offer across a range of services. Industrial specialist John Sambrooks joined as partner in March, while other recent arrivals – including relocations from Gerald Eve’s London office – have strengthened capital markets and lease consultancy capabilities.
