For this research we collaborated with 21 of the UK’s leading multi-let industrial landlords and have not only quantified the key property metrics but also dissected and laid bare the inner workings of this under-researched asset class. As a syndicated study, all our findings are based on a robust sample of properties and we now have over 10 years of detailed unit-level data from which we have drawn conclusions.

You will also find the results of many lines of analysis, ranging from the impact of occupier ‘clustering’ on rents through to our estimate of the sector’s structural repricing witnessed since mid-2016.
