I am predominantly involved in Property Management working alongside the asset managers to provide a high quality and comprehensive service to our clients to ensure occupier retention whilst maximising rental income and increasing property values.

I am experienced in providing a personable and high level of service to tenants which I believe helps maintain tenant retention levels. One of the many important factors when working in property management is that the occupiers are happy with the management service provided. After all, satisfied tenants are more likely to pay their rent and service charge on time.

Proficient in managing landlord and tenant communications, I ensure that all parties are provided with regular updates. This reduces the risk of difficult conversations later down the line if important information is communicated to both our clients and our tenants in a timely manner.

I work closely with the Facilities Management team to ensure that the buildings we look after are a safe environment for the tenants to occupy. PAM work as a team to ensure that we comply with various Health and Safety legislation, and I am confident with providing guidance to clients to ensure that their buildings are maintained to a high standard.

My clients include Harmsworth Pension Fund, Allen & Overy and Christs Hospital. I currently manage a mixed portfolio of assets which includes Offices, Industrial and Retail buildings located around the UK in locations including London, Bristol and Birmingham.
