I’m a Senior Surveyor working as part of our Lease Consultancy team, I specialise in retail and restaurants across London and the South East.
I act for landlords and tenants alike on rent reviews, lease renewals along with re-gear negotiations. I have worked at Gerald Eve for 3 years, beginning my career here on the graduate scheme before qualifying into my specialism.
I’ve worked with a number of high street brands including WH Smith, Costa, Pizza Express and Gails. I also work with land owners and have advised Grosvenor across their Central London estate.
RECENT PROJECTS
- Pizza Express – Renegotiation lease terms across their estate after their Company Voluntary Arrangements (CVA) which triggered lease events across the portfolio.
