My expertise is advising on financial viability and risk analysis, disposal, valuation, and planning matters including submission of viability assessments as part of planning applications and inquiries across all major property sectors, with a particular focus on complex strategic mixed-use redevelopment and regeneration projects.

I am actively involved in policy matters through London First and the Westminster Property Association, and have given evidence at examinations in public including for the new London Plan.

I am part of the Rented Housing Group advise on financial analysis and valuation matters in relation to the Build to Rent sector, and I am also part of the Gerald Eve Analytics team, undertaking performance analysis and property market forecasts.
