Associate in the Hotel Property Taxation team, which is uniquely placed as the only advisor solely focussed on providing specialist business rates advice to clients within the hotel sector. Alice qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2018, but has over 10 years’ experience in the business rates sector.
Alice brings a different perspective to the team, having previously worked within office rating and most recently the Retail rating team at Gerald Eve. As a result, she possesses varied experience of all aspects of business rates and her clients benefit from her in-depth knowledge of rating law and the intricate rating appeals system. Her core expertise is in delivering strategic advice, to help clients mitigate business rates liability effectively and tactically negotiating with the Valuation Office Agency.
