I’m a Senior Associate in our Office Agency team specialising in the central London office market. I have experience of leasing, acquisitions, lease restructuring, lease surrenders, design development and sales within the central London and South East markets.
Having started my career at JLL working in the Business Rates department for a year and a half, I joined Gerald Eve in 2012 where I started work in the retail rating team, rotating into industrial valuation and lease consultancy to complete my APC training.
Upon qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 2013 I worked for a further 9 months in the retail rating department ahead of moving into the office agency team in September 2014 advising both landlords and occupiers on their office portfolios assisting with acquiring and disposing of offices on their behalf.
During my time in the office agency team I have progressed from surveyor to associate.
Some of my key clients include Swiss Re, Gallagher, River & Mercantile, Nomura and Aitch Group.
MY RECENT PROJECTS
- Swiss Re- strategic advice on the leasing of 75,000+ sq ft at the Gherkin. Providing recommendations on floor finishes, rental levels, providing financial modelling and advice on marketing strategy, through to negotiating heads of terms and overseeing the legal process.
- Nomura – provide advice on their London Head Quarters building at 1 Angel Lane, successfully leasing over 100,000 sq ft, as well as a further 35,000 sq ft at their old HQ at 1 St Martin’s Le Grand.
- River and Mercantile Group Plc – acting on their behalf, acquired a new 10,000 sq ft office in the City as well as re-gearing 15,000 sq ft at their Head Office at 30 Coleman Street. Providing mobilisation plans, availability reports, carrying out viewings, short-listing options and negotiating heads of terms through to instructing Solicitors
