I am a Senior Planner at Gerald Eve, specialising in the commercial and residential sectors within the London boroughs of Camden, the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC), and Westminster. With over 4 years of experience in urban planning, I am committed to delivering innovative and sustainable solutions tailored to the unique challenges of these vibrant areas.
Since joining Gerald Eve, I have successfully worked within a team to provide high-profile initiatives, including securing planning permission for the O2 Masterplan to deliver 1,800 new homes in Camden and working on a high-profile commercial scheme in Westminster to deliver over 8,000 sqm of mixed use floorspace. My strong relationships with local planning officers have been key in navigating complex development proposals and facilitating the application determination process.
Key clients include: Landsec, Hines, CO-RE, Stanhope, Cadogan Estates, Soho Estates, British Land, Cerberus and NBIM.
RECENT PROJECTS
- O2 Masterplan – I was part of the team that advised Landsec in securing planning permission for the redevelopment of the O2 Masterplan Site – one of the largest masterplan sites in Camden – to provide up to 1,800 new homes, up to 18,000 sqm of retail/commercial space as well as 35% affordable housing and two new public parks.
- 7 Soho Square – redevelopment of the existing building to deliver new office and retail floorspace in the heart of Soho.
- Euston Tower – a major redevelopment of the tower to provide office, lab and community uses, in addition to public realm improvements.
