I’m a Senior Associate in our Planning and Development team based in our West End office. Predominantly focused on Central London and the South-East, I provide development consultancy and transactions advice to a range of landowners, developers, investors and owner occupiers.
My expertise is focused on providing advice to maximise value of development sites, taking into account planning policy and best use value analysis to review short, medium or long-term development or re-purposing opportunities, with experience advising across a range of sectors.
I am a registered valuer and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
My clients include University College London, The Skinner’s Company, King’s College London and The Bedford Estates as well as a range of charities, councils and developers.
I advise University College London (UCL) on their Estate transactions, in keeping with the wider Estate strategy as one of London’s pre-eminent occupiers.
