I currently provide asset and property management advice on Whitbread’s Premier Inn and restaurant portfolio across the UK.  With such a wide-ranging remit I can draw on an extensive knowledge base which enables me to provide support to my clients, in a host of scenarios.  

By providing Guoman Hotel Group with property management support, I have delivered service charge negotiations, sub tenant management, debt recovery, surplus property management and the provision of general day-to-day operational support. 

I have an in-depth understanding of the leisure market particularly in relation to hotels, pubs, restaurant, and health clubs.  I draw on my experience of managing large leisure portfolios both in a consultancy capacity and as an in-house estates manager for a leading health club provider.  

By finding pragmatic solutions to problems faced by my clients, I foster a strong working relationship with both Landlords and Tenants. 

In addition to my core property management expertise, I bring experience of rent reviews and lease negotiations, having worked across a diverse range of land, property and water uses.  This experience enables me to provide strategic advice and consider innovative ways to maximise income.
