I am based in our London head office within the Industrial Team, specialising in Energy and Infrastructure. Having successfully completed a four year, Degree Level apprenticeship, I became a professional member of the RICS in 2023. My previous experience spans commercial, industrial, and residential. I have experience in investment, lease advisory, valuation, leasing, and strategic consultancy.
I specialise in the energy sector, providing a range of services to energy clients. I have a particular interest in the decarbonisation of industry and actively contributing towards a more sustainable future. Some of my recent projects have included the ongoing disposal of a large, formerly fossil-fuelled power station, and underwriting the acquisition of a site for a renewable energy project. I am also providing strategic advice to facilitate new renewables projects across the UK, Sweden, and The Netherlands.
My clients have historically been landlords, occupiers, and institutions, but I now focus on working with some of the largest energy providers and developers in the country.
