I am Partner in our Capital Markets team with experience in the funding, acquisition, and disposal of Residential and Commercial real estate assets with a particular focus on the Build to Rent Sector.
My expertise focusses on BtR forward funding and forward commitment structures, wholesale block purchases, permitted development and PRS. I also have a detailed knowledge of commercial property transactions including the national office market.
Through my involvement in over £1bn of transactions, I have consistently achieved excellent results for my clients. My considerable knowledge of the residential market benefits a wide variety of clients including developers, housebuilders, institutions, overseas, private and charities.
I have developed Gerald Eve’s Serviced Living Platform and much of our BtR capabilities from initial inception to today. This provides me with a unique oversight of the true depth and breadth of services we can offer and enables clients to always receive the correct specialist advice.
