I am a Partner in the Building Consultancy Team based in the West End office.
Having initially qualified as a Chartered Building Surveyor I have over the last 12 years specialised in Project Management and Employers Agent services advised Investor Clients on Commercial Offices refurbishment and redevelopments from feasibility through to Tenant occupation. My experience also extends to Occupier Clients requiring project management services around their office relocations, expansions, and consolidations.
I also lead the Gerald Eve ‘Technical Asset Management Solutions’ (TAMS) team providing whole property life cycle services for Investor Clients and their associated Asset and Building Management Teams.
My key clients include Pontegadea (UK) Ltd and Almack Ltd.
RECENT PROJECTS
Asset Enhancement – Recently concluded a two-year programme of works to a substantial St James Commercial Property. Wholesale Asset Enhancement including the extension and refurbishment of the reception including improving street presence, roof top terrace with associated access provisions, end of journey provisions including showers, gym and bike provisions.
Project Management and Employers Agent – Currently instructed on the common parts enhancement of a multi tenanted, fully occupied Office building, works being undertaken around occupiers to support the retention of the existing tenants.
Landlord Approval and Monitoring – Following the successful delivery of the Category A refurbishment of five floors of a seven storey Office which resulted in multiple leases being agreed for the newly refurbished space, employed to manage and undertake the detail Licence to Alter process on behalf of the Landlord including the ongoing monitoring and management of multiple contractors working concurrently to undertake the associated Tenant fit-outs across five floors.
