As a Senior Surveyor in our Capital Markets team, I specialise in portfolio investment acquisitions, disposals, recapitalisations and equity raises. I joined Gerald Eve in 2021 after obtaining a bachelor’s degree from McGill University and an MSc from the London School of Economics.
My primary focus is cash flow modelling and strategic portfolio analysis. My experience centres around underwriting complex industrial and multi-sector portfolios and advising clients on accretive investment strategies.
I liaise with a range of clients including UK and international institutions, private equity firms, REITs, property companies and private investors.

- £600m+ MLI platform: Recapitalisation on behalf of a major institution.
- Bishop Portfolio: Disposal of four MLI estates in Wales on behalf of M&G, acquired by CTI.
- Project Clarissa: Disposal of six mixed industrial assets on behalf of Palace Capital, acquired by Clearbell.
- Winchester Trade Park: Acquisition of an MLI estate on behalf of Canal & River Trust from Mayfair.
