I am a Partner in the National Offices team, based in the Birmingham office. I have over 20 years’ experience focused on city centre office agency.
Primarily advising a broad range of both private and public sector clients on acquisitions and disposals.
I work closely with landlords and tenants, providing strategic advice on all marketing initiatives related to sales and leasing, lease restructuring and building refurbishment.
My Recent Projects
- Swiss Re – strategic advice on the leasing of 75,000+ sq ft at the Gherkin. Providing recommendations on floor finishes, rental levels, providing financial modelling and advice on marketing strategy, through to negotiating heads of terms and overseeing the legal process.
- Valuation of property portfolios – I have conducted valuations of the property portfolios of a number of major government bodies/quangos in South Wales and the South West of England including the DVLA, Cardiff University and Welsh Water.
- Serviced Offices – I advise serviced office operators with particular reference to mitigating rates by optimising the number and arrangement of rating assessments and advising on billing and payment matters such as SBRR, EPRR including mitigation, forecasting and budgeting.
