vCard

I am a Senior Planning Consultant and Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute within our Planning and Development team. I have been with Gerald Eve for over three years, having started on the graduate scheme in September 2021.

I provide planning advice for a wide variety of schemes including mixed use, commercial, cultural and residential development proposals, particularly within Central London.

My work involves providing advice on planning issues, liaising and instructing other members of multi-disciplinary development teams, negotiations with planning officers, preparing, submitting and monitoring applications and advising on post-planning matters.

I have specific experience in the City of Westminster, the City of London, the London Borough of Camden, and Wiltshire.

Some of my key clients include: Derwent London, Lazari Investments, Land Securities and the Cadogan Estate.

RECENT PROJECTS

  • 38-70 Baker Street (City of Westminster) – I am part of the Team advising on the comprehensive redevelopment of an underutilised and strategic city block in the heart of the Baker Street Business Improvement District. The scheme will deliver approximately 28,000 sq ft of Grade A office floorspace, a dedicated Educational and Cultural Hub and a significant increase in the total number of both market and affordable housing units from the current position.
  • Portland House (City of Westminster) – Working closely with the City of Westminster, I am part of the consultant Team who secured planning permission for the refurbishment of Portland House and creation of a two-storey extension providing an additional 3,000 sq m of new build area. The development retains the existing structure and large parts of the existing façade, increasing the expected lifespan of the building and achieving significant embodied carbon savings.
  • Brunswick Centre (LB Camden) – I am part of the Team advising on the change of use of part of the two-story car park beneath the iconic Grade II listed Brunswick Centre to unlock the delivery of a sustainable hotel, providing high-quality visitor accommodation in the Bloomsbury area. The proposals are driven by sustainability, including the reuse of the existing slab to reduce embodied carbon emissions.
