My core expertise includes industrial, office, retail warehousing and motor retail sectors across the UK with a principal focus on the listed real estate sector. With excellent attention to detail and an analytical approach to investment opportunities, I am able to advise clients how best to achieve their investment objectives.
MY RECENT PROJECTS
- In 2021, I advised clients on over £400m of commercial property transactions across multiple sectors including Regional REIT’s acquisition of the £236m Squarestone Portfolio.
