I am an Associate in our Commercial Valuations team at Gerald Eve based in the West End. My principal focus is on core asset classes within London and the South East.
I specialise in preparing valuation advice for secured lending, financial accounting, fund management and tax purposes. I am an RICS Registered Valuer who joined Gerald Eve in Spring 2022 following six years with Central Government where I completed my Apprenticeship degree and APC.
I have advised on a wide range of assets including offices, retail, industrial and residential within London and the South East.
My clients include a range of high street banks including Santander, Lloyds Banking Group, Barclays Bank, Handlesbanken and HSBC Bank. I also work with Bridging Finance Lenders, Debt Funds and Local Authorities.
I pride myself in consistently delivering a high standard of service to clients, being able to manage expectations and present findings clearly and confidently.
