I am an Associate in our Commercial Valuations team at Gerald Eve based in the West End. My principal focus is on core asset classes within London and the South East.
I specialise in preparing valuation advice for secured lending, financial accounting, fund management and tax purposes. I am an RICS Registered Valuer who joined Gerald Eve in Spring 2022 following six years with Central Government where I completed my Apprenticeship degree and APC.
I have advised on a wide range of assets including offices, retail, industrial and residential within London and the South East.
My clients include a range of high street banks including Santander, Lloyds Banking Group, Barclays Bank, Handlesbanken and HSBC Bank. I also work with Bridging Finance Lenders, Debt Funds and Local Authorities.
RECENT PROJECTS
- I have undertaken development appraisal valuations for several central London office schemes valued over £55million.
- A client I advise is St Albans City & District Council and I have recently carried out a valuation for them for internal management purposes on their Civic Centre Opportunity Site South (CCOS S), a mixed-use office and residential development with a total value over £45million.
- A mixed-use portfolio I have valued for fund management purposes had a total reported value of over £285million.
- I have undertaken single asset valuations up to £120million and portfolio valuations up to £290million.
