I have a leadership role in both our living and office capital markets teams. I provide strategic investment and asset management advice to a range of institutions, private equity funds, developers, overseas investors and property companies.

I have experience working across all sectors of the UK real estate market and have advised and a number of complex portfolio transactions, fundings, recapitalisations and investment sales / acquisitions. I graduated from University College London (UCL) and started my career at Deloitte, in the real estate capital markets team, before moving across to Gerald Eve to grow the national investment team in 2016. Since then, I have advised on a number of high-profile transactions across the UK national markets.

My clients include Columbia Threadneedle, Schroders, CBREIM, Abrdn, M7, First Property, CLS, LCN, Longmead, Clearbell, Praxis, Tri7/Fusion, Corum and Deutsche Finance.

 

MY RECENT PROJECTS

  • Medlock Tower, Manchester – I led the sale of a trophy 1,014 bed prime PBSA scheme in Manchester, delivering a £200m high spec development.
  • Birmingham – I advised on the acquisition of a £125m mixed-use campus in Birmingham city centre on behalf of a private equity fund.
  • Assembly, Bristol – I advised on the acquisition of a £134m new build office comprising 200,000 sq ft let on a 20 year lease to BT on behalf of a US private equity fund.
  • Pelham Street, Brighton – I advised on the £50m off-market forward funding of new build 135 unit multifamily build to rent development in Brighton city centre on behalf of an institutional fund manager.
  • 1 Old Queen Street, London – I advised on £63m of transactions from purchase to sale of a prime Central London office refurbishment opportunity adjacent to St James Park on behalf of a property company.
