I am a consultant at Gerald working in the co-living and PBSA markets.
With over 20 years of experience as a leading valuer in the UK’s Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) sector, I’ve expanded my expertise and focus to the co-living sector, currently offering valuation and strategy consultancy at Gerald Eve.
In my previous role, I established and directed the student accommodation valuation team, expanded the international PBSA offering, and developed the co-living valuation client offering. During this time, I led numerous and significant valuations for lending purposes in London and other UK cities.
My industry contributions were recognised with my induction into the Property Week Student Accommodation Hall of Fame in December 2023. I’m actively involved in the British Property Federation Co-living working group as of February 2024.
