I have considerable experience in dealing with high tempo assignments where accuracy and an understanding of the underwriting requirements is critical.  No matter how complex the data, I understand the need to provide clear, concise and simple outputs, reports & presentations backed by market intelligence from the wider team.

I am key member of Gerald Eve Analytics which seeks to gather and analyse Big Data within commercial real estate markets more effectively through the use of new technology, visual software packages and innovation. The team is at the forefront of breaking the traditional surveying mould through disruptive tech.

I lead the team’s analysis of real estate listed entities, providing daily reports on financial indicators and recently produced a live animated visualisation for the effect of COVID-19 on selected listed entities.

I am a professional in qualitative and quantitative research using statistical, econometrical and computational methods on software packages such as Excel VBA, Python, STATA and MATLAB. I am also experienced in visualisation tools including Power BI, MicroStrategy and Flourish amongst others.
