I’m a Partner here at Gerald Eve, part of the CPM team. After more than five years' commercial experience since qualification, my work is predominantly occupier focussed and I advise a number of FTSE 100 client companies.
I manage a large portfolio with Costa, mainly looking after their equity estate comprising circa 1,500 stores. I also negotiate with Landlords for re-gears and other value driving opportunities.
A secondment to a FTSE 100 company – Wolseley UK (Industrial/Retail) – gave me valuable client-side experience.
My key clients include; Costa Coffee – management of the UKs favourite Coffee operator, Metro Bank – management of the UKs fastest-growing challenger bank, EDF Energy, M&S – Project Work.
MY RECENT PROJECTS
- Costa Coffee – I worked on an extensive refurbishment project – dealing with circa 400 stores per annum and obtaining LLs consents where applicable.
- M&S, Peak Project – I worked with the company to manage their Christmas trade, obtaining LL consents to have temporary refrigerator containers on site to store extra stock at this busy time.
