I am a Chartered Surveyor in the Aviation team at Gerald Eve, advising clients on driving value from aviation-related property assets.
My varied experience includes a secondment to Heathrow Airport where I assumed the role of Property Asset Manager for Terminal 5. I have experience in advising on various types of aviation real estate, including airport lounges and aircraft hangarage.
MY RECENT PROJECTS
- Advising a Scandinavian national airport operator to formulate a bespoke strategy and operating model for airport lounges across their portfolio of 10 airports
- Following my secondment to Heathrow Airport, advised on property implications and solutions for the rollout of Next Generation Security Checkpoint (NGSC) scanners at the airport
- Marketed the leasehold interest in a major hangar opportunity on behalf of Gatwick Airport
- I am currently advising an airport in the south east of England with a real estate transformation programme to generate incremental income and add shareholder value
- Supported buy side real estate due diligence for the Vinci acquisition of a majority stake in Edinburgh Airport
