I am a Partner in our Capital Markets team, heading our Industrial & Logistics Investment team, advising clients on the acquisition and disposal of commercial real estate. This includes traditional real estate transactions and development funding.
I joined the real estate industry in 2002, working at Drivers Jonas and then Deloitte before joining Gerald Eve in 2016. I have worked within Capital Markets since 2004, principally focussing on UK Business Space and Portfolios. I took on the leadership role of the Industrial & Logistics team within Capital Markets in 2017.
I advise a broad range of clients including private equity, institutions, REITs, property companies, developers and banks in the UK. More recently, key clients have included Goldman Sachs for transactional and mezzanine finance underwriting, Aberdeen Standard Investments, Prologis and Lloyds Banking Group on transactional agency, and Daily Mail Pension Group for Investment Advisory.
