I am a Partner in our Building Consultancy and Lease Exit department based in the West End. I have over ten years of experience specialising in Daylight, Sunlight and Rights of Light matters.
As a recognised specialist in these areas, I bring extensive experience across a diverse range of projects throughout the UK. My work has ranged from residential-led, mixed-use masterplans across the London boroughs, Leeds, Manchester, and Birmingham to office towers in the City of London. I have a strong background in compulsory purchase and Section 203, EIA reporting, valuation, and client representation at committee and mediation hearings. In 2019, I became the first candidate to sit for and subsequently pass the Rights of Light pathway to become a Chartered Surveyor.
I work with clients including Berkeley Group, Lipton Rogers, AXA IM, Schroders, BentallGreenOak, Hines, Stanhope, Grainger, Lambeth Council, Westminster City Council, and Notting Hill Genesis.
