I provide valuation advice for loan security, acquisition and disposal, financial reporting and Charities Act purposes. I also provide investment due diligence advice to funds, developers and operators in relation to the purchase of healthcare and educational investments.

The assets I advise on include independent schools, SEN schools, nurseries, specialist care facilities, elderly care homes and senior living. I have a particular interest in advising on operational property and undertaking trading valuations and advising on confidential agency instructions of going concern opportunities.

I have worked with clients including The Disabilities Trust, Fennies Day Nurseries, Alpha Real Capital, Dukes Education, National Autistic Society, Barclays Bank, HSBC, Cynergy Bank.

MY RECENT PROJECTS

• SEN Schools: I am currently advising on the sale of an SEN school in an affluent south east location as a going concern. I have also undertaken valuations of SEN schools for acquisition purposes for an emerging operator and advised a charity on the letting of an ASD school in east London.
• Care homes: I recently advised Alpha Real Capital on due diligence for the acquisition of a care home investment let to Care UK in Hailsham and a forward funding opportunity let to HC-One in Nottinghamshire. I recently valued a specialist neurological care facility in the north west of and I am also currently advising a charity client on the confidential marketing of a 64 bed trading elderly care home in the south east.
• Nurseries: I carry out valuations for operators and lenders of children’s day nurseries. I have recently valued the Fennies nursery portfolio, one of the leading nursery groups in the south east.
• Independent Schools: I undertake loan security valuations of independent schools on behalf of major lenders and private banks. I also undertake valuations and consultancy work on behalf of both charitable schools and independent schools groups. I recently valued a prestigious independent school in south west London on behalf of Dukes Education for acquisition purposes.
