I’m a Partner in our Industrial department based in London. I specialise in advising clients in the industrial, energy, minerals, aviation, communications and maritime sectors on all business rates matters together with providing strategic property advice.
I focus on strategic business rates advice and minimisation of business rates liabilities. I have gained extensive experience in the general industrial sector, with emphasis on the more specialist property classes including airports, ship building premises, cement works, quarries, building products works, CHP plants/district heating schemes, pipelines & tanks farms, oil refineries, energy from waste and large communications sites. I previously worked in house for Cemex in the minerals and waste sector with responsibility for actively minimising their UK business rates portfolio.
