Rosanna Cole

I am a dual qualified Chartered Town Planner and Chartered Surveyor and have experience in preparing town planning assessments and development appraisals to consider the potential of a site and provide advice to a range of clients including landowners, local authorities and developers in London and nationally.  The integrated planning and development advice I am able to provide enables my clients to make well informed decisions.

I focus mainly on viability and valuation, including advice on scheme feasibility, financial viability assessments, and planning applications (including review mechanisms). I am also a RICS Registered Valuer and have experience in strategic land valuation, and in managing mixed-use property portfolio valuations for central London estates, giving me a breadth of market knowledge.

My experience spans a wide range of development use classes, including residential, build-to-rent, office, hotel, and retail.
