I am a Senior Associate in our National Industrial & Logistics Agency team with a principal focus on Big Box / Mid Box logistics across the Midlands and the South East. I started my career at Strutt & Parker / BNP Paribas in 2016 and have recently joined Gerald Eve this year. We advise a broad range of clients including developers, pension funds, private equity as well as occupiers.
I have experience working within the National Industrial & Logistics Sector, specializing in occupational agency. My responsibilities include advising on the disposal / acquisitions of commercial buildings and development sites predominately focusing on large scale logistics instructions. This advice extends to national developers, institutional funds, private individuals and corporate occupiers advising on their real estate strategy.
