I am a Partner in London Development team, with over 18 years of RICS qualified property experience, working in the London and south east England property market with a particular focus on living markets.
I am responsible for advising a range of public and private sector clients on realising the development potential of their property assets across all use classes. This includes providing strategic development advice, development management and undertaking disposals of land and buildings to unlock the value of assets.
My clients include Whitbread plc, Go Ahead Group, LaSalle, TfL, Cabinet Office as well as a range of charities, councils and developers.
MY RECENT PROJECTS
- Strategic Development Advice – I am currently working with clients to maximise the value and shape the optimum delivery routes for projects with the potential to deliver approximately 5,000 residential units and PBSA / Co Living bedrooms.
- Aylesbury Vale Estates – Advised on the sale of a 15 acre site in Aylesbury with outline planning permission for up to 200 residential units.
- Cabinet Office – Sale of the former 79 acre Civil Service training college in Sunningdale which is being delivered as a 300 unit luxury residential and retirement development.
- London Borough of Tower Hamlets – I advised Tower Hamlets on the disposal of LBTH’s interest in the 900 unit Calico Wharf scheme in Poplar east London.
- Ibstock Brick – Sale of a circa 50 acre former quarry to a residential developer with potential to deliver up to 150 homes.
- Cranleigh Agricultural Society (CAS) – Advised on the procurement of a development partner for the circa 50 acre site in Surrey with the potential to deliver up to 400 residential units whilst enabling the charity’s activities to continue.
- Transport for London – Providing feasibility and disposal advice in respect of various development sites in London.
