I am an Associate in the Planning and Development team at Gerald Eve, specialising in development consultancy. I specialise in delivering advisory and consultancy services for complex development and regeneration projects, supporting major development opportunities through the planning and promotion process both in London and across the UK.
A core area of my expertise is providing advisory services in relation to feasibility and viability of New Towns, advising landowners and councils from early stage masterplan feasibility through to late stage viability reviews and option valuations. I also have experience providing advice in relation to governance and delivery structures on these complex sites.
I also provide viability advisory advice to clients regarding loss of office requirements, I provide both private and public sector clients across the City of London borough
