I am a Partner and RICS Registered Valuer in the London office lease consultancy team. I have 10 years of experience in advising landlord and tenants on rent reviews, lease renewals and strategic lease regears.
I advise clients across all London markets and the south-east, with particular knowledge of the Midtown, Kings Cross and West End submarkets.
I specialise in providing strategic advice and handling lease disputes, from budgeting phase through to the negotiation and settlement. I guide clients on how to mitigate the risks and uncertainties of the dispute resolution processes through effective negotiations.
I have a strong track record of advising an array of clients, from private high net worth individuals to educational institutions and public sector organisations.
I am experienced in acting as an Expert Witness, preparing written submissions for arbitrations and independent expert determinations.
My notable clients include University College London (UCL), Global Holdings, IWG (Regus), Knotel, King’s College London and The Bedford Estates.
MY RECENT PROJECTS
- I advise UCL on all lease events across their portfolio, predominantly in King’s Cross and Bloomsbury. I have a strong knowledge of the market dynamics in this location and since 2019 I have achieved rent savings for UCL of over £10m.
- I have recently advised the FCA on rent reviews at their HQ in Stratford, totalling 425,000 sq ft, as well as the CMA in Canary Wharf on 110,000 sq ft.
- I have recently advised the Greenwich Foundation as landlord of the Old Royal Naval College, Greenwich, on 147,000 sq ft rent review of Grade I Listed university accommodation.
