I’m a Partner in the Planning and Development team. I have been involved in some of the largest and most challenging regeneration projects across the UK. I also lead Gerald Eve’s Environment and sustainability team and oversee Our Shared Future Framework, which includes our commitment to be carbon negative by 2030.
I have over 10 years’ experience in real estate, particularly working with public sector clients on large, mixed-use development schemes and on transport-led regeneration projects. I have significant experience working alongside multi-disciplinary design/engineering teams to analyse and appraise emerging masterplans and to develop business cases for government funding.
I principally advise public sector clients, including; local authorities, government departments and transport organisations such as HS2, Transport for London (TfL) and Network Rail.
MY RECENT PROJECTS
- Arden Cross – I’ve provided commercial advice, financial modelling and options analysis on the emerging masterplan and prepared the successful business case for government funding.
- Future High Streets Fund, various Councils – I provided options analysis and prepared the successful business case for government funding.
- High Speed 2 Ltd (HS2) Euston Station Over Station Development – I provided financial modelling, options analysis on the emerging masterplan and advised on procurement of a master development partner.
