I am a Senior Associate in our Corporate Real Estate team. I specialise in providing strategic advice to clients on their real estate portfolios. I work predominantly with occupiers of office portfolios across London and the UK.
I started my career at Deloitte Real Estate in 2012 and joined Gerald Eve in 2016. Prior to working in the Corporate Real Estate team I worked in Capital Markets advising clients on the acquisition and disposal of UK wide office and industrial portfolios
Within the Corporate Real Estate team, I focus on understanding my client’s business needs to enable the development of a proactive occupier strategy. Continued portfolio analysis assists with ongoing identification of opportunities for reducing cost and ensuring efficiency.
My role includes liaising with other service lines within Gerald Eve to provide clients with a complete scope of specialist expert advice to cover all aspects of the lease life cycle.
