I am a Senior Surveyor in our Office Agency team specialising in the West End London office market. My expertise includes lease negotiation, strategic advice, and transactions on behalf of landlords, developers, and occupiers.
Having started at Gerald Eve in 2021 as a Non-Cognate Graduate, I have experience in Valuation, Capital Markets, Office Agency, and Corporate Real Estate.
Upon qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 2023, I have advised both landlords and occupiers on their office portfolios assisting with acquiring and disposing of offices on their behalf to suit their business need. This has involved advising on exit strategies and relocation timelines as well as negotiating terms for their new offices.
I have also provided strategic advice and transacted within the flex-office market.
